ACEGO is an AI-powered poker training application for iOS. It provides simulated poker gameplay against AI opponents for educational purposes. The App does not involve real money, real gambling, or online multiplayer matchmaking.
ACEGO is a training tool only. All chips and currency within the App are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. Virtual chips cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money or any other item of value. The App does not facilitate, promote, or enable real money gambling in any form.

You agree not to:
ACEGO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Poker strategies and advice provided by the App are for educational purposes only and do not guarantee results in real poker games. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred while playing real poker based on skills or strategies learned through the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACEGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is rated 17+ due to simulated gambling content. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice.
